Churchfield Homecare Ltd has been established since 1993. We are a Domiciliary Care Agency, covering the Herne Bay and Whitstable areas and offering a wide range of services.We are “Preferred Providers” to Kent County Council Social Services and registered with Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI).
We endeavour to reach and exceed the National Minimum Standards.
We have a large number of Private Service Users and Direct Payments Service Users and also offer payment by "Kent Card".
We are an equal opportunities company; the office staff are helpful and friendly, are regularly shadowed and have an on going training regime.
All members of the staff from office staff to carers have an Enhanced CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure and POVA (Protection of Vulnerable Adults) check. We also offer full training and encourage the carers to take NVQ qualifications in care.
Every Service user has a contact book in their home; this has a care plan in place. Contact books are regularly checked and revised. We also liaise with care managers and health professionals.
Services: 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Office Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm.
Out of Hours: Emergency Number.
